Big Easy Romance
Cozy New Orleans restaurants and bars for your Valentine's celebrations
It’s the most wonderful time of the year. No, not Christmas time, it’s Carnival season and we are only a few days away from Mardi Gras.
But Mardi Gras is not the only holiday on the horizon. The very next day, is not only Ash Wednesday, which always follows Mardi Gras, but it’s also Valentine’s Day.
Though this weekend will be filled with fun and festivities, we can’t forget our loved ones on what some think is the most romantic day of the year. To help you, dear readers, we asked the editors of Renaissance Publishing what their favorite romantic spots are in the city.
If you have a favorite romantic locale in the city, let us and your fellow readers know in the comments.

Our fellow blogger Daniel Victory wrote a blog last month about romantic bars where he added The Sazerac Bar, Patrick’s Bar Vin and Loa Bar.
If you’re looking to spend a cozy night in, maybe a home cooked meal, Chef Bryan with Joel Catering recently provided us with a tasty recipe. Not necessarily the most romantic food, but it’s always fun to cook together with your honey.
