The new year has started, and the first trunk shows of the year have been scheduled. This weekend, fashion designers are bringing their best collections to boutiques in and around the city and you won’t want to miss out.

The first show is at Metairie’s newest boutique Linen Jolie Bridal. Linen Jolie Bridal is the sister boutique to Town & Country Bridal (which is located on St. Charles Avenue). It is hosting an Allison Webb trunk show Jan. 11-12. The show is by appointment only. Make a reservation online or by calling the store, which is at 4114 Veterans Blvd., at 504-459-4350.

Town & Country Bridal is also hosting a trunk show this weekend. Brides can view the Allure Brides Allure Couture collection Jan. 11-12 with special incentives and pricing. The show is by appointment only. Book on the boutique’s website.

The Bridal Boutique by MaeMe at 3331 Severn Ave. in Metairie is hosting a Kenneth Winston trunk show Jan. 11-12 and Jan. 18-19. The show will highlight some of the new styles from the designer’s upcoming collection. Schedule appointments online.

Continuing the busy weekend, Baton Rouge’s I Do Bridal Couture will host a few of its favorites from Amsale in store Jan. 11-12. Both the spring and fall 2019 collections are being shown with special incentives during the show. Book online.

Don’t forget to save the date for a different type of show. The New Orleans Bride Magazine January 2019 Bridal Show is Monday, Jan. 21 at the Hyatt Regency New Orleans.
